Own warehouse outside the port area
Our warehouse lies in the Kempen region, outside the port perimeter. The handling costs that apply within the quay walls do not apply to us, and that shows in your storage and handling costs. Only a customs inspection is charged separately.

Loading and unloading when it suits you
Early in the morning, late in the evening or at the weekend: if we plan it in advance, it is possible. Tell us in your request when you want to load or unload and we take it into account in the planning and in the price.

The paperwork is our problem
Time slots, terminal appointments, loading addresses, documents: we take it all over. You tell us what needs to happen and get one point of contact who knows your file, from the quote to the last delivery.

One pallet or a fixed lane
We make no distinction between small and large customers. One urgent run gets the same planning and the same follow-up as a fixed lane of ten runs a week or a warehouse full of stock.

Who we are.
KVSS Logistics is the logistics arm of KV Smart Solutions BV. One address for transport, storage and handling: we move goods from where they are to where they need to be, and keep them dry and counted along the way.
We are not a corporation with a call centre. Whoever calls us gets someone on the line who knows where their cargo is. That is deliberate: in logistics, more goes wrong through slow communication than through slow trucks.
Our warehouse lies in the Kempen region, outside the port area of Antwerp. Close enough to the port to collect a container quickly after release, far enough to avoid the costs of the port perimeter. We pass that advantage on in our rate.

Yes. One pallet, one run or one container is enough. Everyone gets the same follow-up and the same fixed point of contact.
An urgent load is scheduled at the shortest possible notice; call us and we tell you straight away what is possible. A container is collected at the terminal as soon as possible after release.
Yes, by arrangement. Loading and unloading outside normal hours is possible when we plan it in advance. Mention it in your request and we take it into account in the planning and the price.
You get a clear quote up front: per run, per pallet and period, or one all-in rate per container. Only a customs inspection is charged separately.
As long as you want: from a few days of bridging to a standing stock you call off in parts. Thanks to the inbound and outbound administration you always know what is left.
During transport the liability of the CMR Convention applies. For storage, the arrangements are set out in the agreement you receive up front. Your own goods insurance for the full value remains advisable.
With KV SMART SOLUTIONS BV. KVSS Logistics is the trade name under which the company offers its transport and logistics services. Quote, agreement and invoice are therefore always in the name of KV SMART SOLUTIONS BV.
