HOW WE WORK
Five steps, one point of contact.
From the moment you call us to the moment your goods are signed for at their destination: this is exactly what happens, in which order, and what you have to do yourself. Which is almost nothing.

Request and proposal
You call, email or send a WhatsApp: what needs to happen, from where to where, and when. For a container, the release and the packing list are enough. We put the journey together and quickly send you a clear quote.

Collection
We collect wherever your goods are: at your address, at your supplier or at the terminal in the port of Antwerp, as soon as possible after release. Time slots, appointments and paperwork are entirely ours.
- 03
On the road
One run to the destination or to our warehouse outside the port area, in the Kempen region. No stopovers and no waiting days. You have one point of contact who knows where your cargo is.
- 04
Handling or storage
If stripping, sorting, palletising or keeping is needed, it happens indoors and dry. We check the condition of your goods, record everything photographically on request and register every inbound and outbound movement.
- 05
Delivery and follow-up
We deliver to your customer or load onto your vehicle at the agreed time, all at once or in parts. Only when the load is signed for is the assignment complete for us.
